Registration Fees : 420€ TTC. Registrations are not refundable but can be transfer to any yoga course or immersion with us. They are deductible from the total course fees. The registration fees are confirming your participation to the course.
This Yoga Course is NON RESIDENTIAL.
Students have in charge their accommodation and food.
January is the high season in Goa, it is better to book your accommodation earlier.
YOGA COURSE DESCRIPTION

This Yoga Course is about the practice of the Hatha Yoga.
Hatha Yoga is often considered as a “slow” practice, while it is not.
Hatha Yoga is the based of all asana practice. Asanas are kept between 9 to 12 breaths.
The sequence start with 12 Sun Salutation, followed by standing poses including forward fold, lateral flexion, backbend, twisting. Then the sitting posture followed the same pattern. The closing series is practiced toward Shirshasana. The all body will work and perform yoga posture into four dimensions.
During this course you will learn how to teach asana. We can not promise you, you will be teaching Yoga after 200 Hour course, neither 300 Hour. Yoga can not be taught in one month practice, it takes a life commitment. However you will be trained to teach yoga posture on a safe manner.
To teach asanas, a regular practice is highly recommended. You should have regular practice consisting of 3 to 4 times per week at least three months before the course starts.
Without any practice, the teaching can not happen.
During our course, students will be teaching from the second day. It is important therefore to be ready, without preparation the teaching can not happen. Please keep a regular practice.
Pranayama toward the meditation will be taught. Students will learn how to create their own pranayama module.
Explanation of Bandhas and Chakras will be covered.
Anatomy will be taught in accordance to yoga posture. Anatomy will not cover on “how to heal people”, yoga teacher, unless they have been studied in a medical school can not treat people illness. Pre and post natal yoga will not be covered as well. If you want to teach pre and post natal please follow a coure with professional dedicated to that subject.
The anatomy will be taught through palpation and yoga thai massage. It is a very active class in which student can understand how bones are moving.
Adjustment class will take place daily. There is no Universal Adjustments, each body is different, the asana clinic will be taught in accordance to what the body can do and not what the asana is supposed to show.
Philosophy class will be taught, passage of Hatha Yoga Praddepika, the 8 limbs of yoga, the sutras of Patanjali.

Week 2 – Discover
Second week of the TTC is more about discovering the secrets of intermediate and advance level of asana practice. Because of well laid foundation in the first week, it will become easy for students to understand fundamental aspects of asanas such as forward folding, balancing, twisting, hip opening, back bending and inversion postures. In this week yoga course participants will be introduced to Kumbhakas (Retention of the breath). According to Patanjali, ‘Breath retention is real pranayama’. We will discuss in depth about Eight Limbs(Ashtanga) and it’s implementation in day today life. Students will become more comfortable and deepen their skill of adjustment in ‘Asana Clinic’ session. Group classes will grow with more asana teaching where students start gaining the confidence of teaching asanas.
Week 4 – Implement
Fourth week is the cream of the Yoga teacher training course. This is the week where your all efforts and dedication will be paid off. Morning practical classes will be conducted by students as lead teacher for entire group with their own module which has been created and practiced thoroughly in the third week. It’s the time to take lead and guide the entire class. Teachers will make sure to complete all the asana adjustment and revise all the asanas which are in the TTC manual during Asana Clinic session. There will be one to one question and answer session where students can ask about Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama, Asanas or any other yoga related topics.
Week 1 – Foundation
This week is very important, as students will learn how to practice and teach as beginner practitioners. It’s always challenging to teach beginners and open classes. So this week will be helpful to discover the basics. During the asana practice, students will learn different variations of postures and how to use the props to get better alignment and benefits of the practice. Foundation of Yoga Philosophy and Pranayama will be laid for further weeks of intense practice. During the Group Classes sessions, students have to prepare Sun Salutation and simple asanas to teach fellow participants. In the second practical session students will have glimpses of different yoga styles, body movement, Thai Yoga Massage, Yin Yoga and many more.
Week 3 – Establish
First two weeks teacher will be guiding the morning classes. During the third week students will do self-practice in the presence of the teacher. This will allow students to realize the awareness of body movement, quantity and quality of breath during the asana, which will help to carry on the self-practice without the instruction of the teacher after the TTC back home. Important key to become a successful yoga teacher is to have regular, dedicated self-practice. Fundamentals of yoga anatomy will be discussed in this week. Pranayama session will be longer. Duration of group class session will be 15 to 20 minutes. In this week students will prepare their own yoga module. Teachers of the course will guide students to prepare creative module
